The ONLY way to cancel an appointment is to call or text me at 513-824-5461!
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
ALL NEW clients must pay a $25 deposit for appointments. The deposit will be applied to your appointment. However, if you do not keep your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. This is not applied to future appointments.
Excessive cancellations will result in termination of any future services and the ability to rebook will be revoked. To reinstate booking, 50% of the last missed appointment must be paid, along with a deposit of up to 50% of the next appointment cost.
New client appointments will not be rebooked when canceled without having ever received a service.
ALL No-show or same day cancellations during the holidays or peak season will result in the inability to schedule future appointments. To reinstate scheduling, payment of 50% of the missed appointment is required. This fee is not applied to future appointments. All appointments scheduled for the week of a holiday, which are canceled or rescheduled, regardless of notice, require 50% of the appointment to be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled. This is not applied to a new appointment.
If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled.
